Jaya Group's founder is Mr. Vivekanandan, and the promoters of the entities within the group are his wife, three sons, and their spouses.
Mr. Vivekanandan is a distinguished businessman and the revered Founder and Chairman of Jaya Group of Concerns. Having commenced his entrepreneurial journey as a timber merchant at a very young age he went on to become the Managing Partner of Krishna Sagar & Krishna Raj Timber Companies. In 1975, he established his first hotel in Sultan Bathery, which served as a catalyst for the Jaya Group's foray into the hospitality sector. In 1992, he launched Hotel Jaya in Calicut, further consolidating the Group's position in the industry. Mr. Vivekanandan also serves as the Director of Wild Planet Pvt. Ltd., demonstrating his diverse expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Mr. Mahesh Pulikkal, 48, is the eldest son of Mr. Vivekanandan. He is a very talented entrepreneur and an MBA holder. He has served as the driving force behind the success of Jaya Group for the past 25 years and has been instrumental in the development of the group's hotels. He currently serves as the Managing Director and promoter of Wild Planet Resorts, which is a luxury destination offering peerless service in the Tourism & Hospitality sector. His extensive expertise and knowledge of the Tourism and Hospitality sectors have played a significant role in the rapid growth of the business. His invaluable experience in the industry will continue to ensure the success of future projects.
Mr. Ratheesh Pulikkal, 45 is the second son of Mr. Vivekanandan. He is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and MBA holder. He established Jaya Boots, which is a leading multi-brand footwear dealership in Kerala, and he is the mastermind behind the success of Mayflower non-vegetarian restaurant and outdoor catering unit. He also founded the acclaimed brand 'Hair Tree, the leading hair plantation and PRP clinics with 10 branches across Kerala. Currently, he serves as a promoter and Director of Wild Planet Resort, utilizing his vast knowledge and experience to contribute to our new ventures.
Mr. Rajesh Pulikkal, aged 43, is a seasoned businessman and the third son of Mr. Vivekanandan. After completing his Graduation in Commerce, he embarked on his business journey in 2002. He began by managing plantations, and later ventured into the hospitality industry. He is more focused on sustainable development and eco-friendly types of business and his extensive expertise has played a vital role in promoting our Resorts and Plantations. He has 21 years of experience in the business field, his extensive knowledge and expertise have played a key role in the success of our ventures.
TN Krishnakumar, 57, (Additional Director of Wild Planet Pvt-Ltd) is the son of Late TK Narayaniyer & Smt Rajalakshmi Ammal, Santhi Bhavan, Thodupuzha, Kerala. He holds B-Tech in Electrical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Trivandrum, MBA from IMDR - Pune and a Diploma in Export Management from the prestigious Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune. His career endeavours led him to the Middle East and culminated with a long stint of 35+ years in the Electrical Power Industries. During this time, he held significant leadership positions including Global Leader/Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Vertical, Regional Director - Middle East (EMR), Business Development Director etc, in reputed organizations such as General Electric, ABB, Schneider Electric, Areva T&D/Alsthom, Eaton (Moeller), and Larsen & Toubro. Presently, he is the Owner and CEO of Santhi International, Dubai, facilitating Project Management Services in Dubai. Krishnakumar is also the Managing Director of The Serenity Resorts, Wayanad, Kerala.
